At Little Miss Takedown, we want you to love your purchase. While many print-on-demand brands do not accept returns, we do — because we’re building a brand you can trust.
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, with a few simple conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags (if applicable)
👉 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Free Replacement)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
- We will replace it free of charge, or
- Offer a full refund
To submit a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

In most cases, no return is required for damaged/incorrect items.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for:
- A different size
- A different color
- A different product of equal value
How it works:
- Email us to request an exchange
- Send the original item back
- Once we receive it, we’ll ship your replacement
Customers cover the cost of returning the original item; we cover shipping for the replacement.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- We will replace it free of charge
- Or offer store credit
Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
Address Errors or Delivery Issues
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout:
- Re-shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
- We cannot issue refunds for packages returned due to address errors
If you realize the address is incorrect, email us immediately — we can often update it before production finishes.
Return-to-Sender Notice
Items should not be sent back to the address on the shipping label or the print provider.
All returns must be approved first.

Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and accepted.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
You may also choose store credit, which is processed instantly once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Swimwear
- Intimates
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
